Twenty years of eTwinning, the “Catalano-Moscati” school in Foggia celebrates the Europe of collaboration between students

A day of celebration and educational awareness animated the “Catalano-Moscati” Comprehensive Institute of Foggia , on the occasion of the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of eTwinning , the European program that promotes collaboration between schools of different countries through the use of digital technologies. A project that has profoundly changed the teaching approach in thousands of European institutes, bringing innovation, comparison and cultural openness.

A laboratory school of Europe

The event involved all the levels of the institute – nursery, primary and lower secondary – with symbolic activities, thematic workshops and moments of sharing. A significant step was the delivery of certificates of participation to the children of the last year of nursery school , a tangible sign of an educational path that from the early years wants to form citizens of the world.

In her speech, the head teacher underlined the value of the eTwinning experience as perfectly in line with the pedagogical vision of the institute: an orienting and laboratory school, centered on active participation, inclusion and the integral growth of the student.
